About
Advocates for Citizens’ Rights (AFCR) is a California non-profit corporation dedicated to protecting individual’s civil liberties and privacy rights, as well as combating human trafficking, sex slavery and child rape. AFCR believes that all Americans have a fundamental right to the freedoms guaranteed by the United States Constitution and to basic human rights. The AFCR team is committed to protecting vulnerable populations by safeguarding these rights, and defending said freedoms against unjust state action, and unwarranted infringements by government.
Our mission is to ensure that both individual state actors, and governments, act in a way that comports with state and federal constitutions and law. When a government attempts to violate people’s fundamental rights through unconstitutional executive orders, or via legislation or mandates or court opinions, AFCR acts to bring awareness to these issues – and further – coordinate litigation to challenge such unauthorized state action. Similarly, when sexual abiolence occurs either domestically or abroad, AFCR does the heavy lifting necessary to provide safe harbor to the survivor while working with law enforcement to ensure perpetrators are held accountable.
It is unfortunate that we are living in a time when on the one hand, we are often confronted with both executive orders and pending legislation that seek to undermine basic fundamental rights, while on the other hand, citizens the world over are often violated by human trafficking and sexual violence. Through its work, AFCR is committed to holding back the tide of systemic encroachment and oppression threatened by governments and rogue actors into peoples’ most fundamental liberties. In short: we are dedicated to keeping the public informed and to standing up to government abuses while ensuring that the government abides by the mandates of the United States Constitution. With these goals firmly in mind, we ask that you both join our group to remain apprised of further developments, as well as make a monthly or one-time donation to our cause.
“The value of a dollar is determined not by how many one holds, but by what one chooses to use them for.”
